Here are some of the crew's favourite cocktails and mocktails - just right for sipping whilst cruising the high seas.

Cocktails
SHIP HAPPENS!
30 ml white rum
15 ml blue curacao
15 ml cointreau
30 ml double cream
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass
SHIPMATE
20 ml gin
20 ml blue curacao
Champagne
Shake gin and blue curacao with ice, strain and pour into a champagne glass.
Top up with champagne and garnish with a slice of star fruit.
ABANDON SHIP
30 ml white rum
20 ml vodka
20 ml blue curacao
10 ml amaretto
20 ml double cream
20 ml pineapple juice
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass
SHIPWRECK
50 ml crème de cacao
30 ml blue curacao
15 ml light rum
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass
FORCE TEN
40 ml blue vodka
80 ml Seven-Up or Sprite
Ice cubes
Pour into cocktail class, stir and add ice
SHIPPING FORECAST
60 ml vodka
20 ml blue curacao
60 ml pineapple juice
Stir vodka and blue curacao together in bar glass, pour into cocktail/highball glass, pour a dash of blue curacao over the top and garnish with cherry
GANGWAY
40 ml lemonade
20 ml pineapple juice
40 ml white rum
15 ml blue curacao
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass, garnish with pineapple
THE BRIG
30 ml tequila
30 ml drambuie
30 ml blue curacao
lemonade
Mix all this together any old way, drink and prepare for incarceration
Mocktails
SHIPSHAPE
50 ml pineapple juice
30 ml grape juice
50 ml Seven-up or Sprite
10 ml sugar syrup (how to make: approx. 67 grams sugar dissolved in 33 grams boiling water)
Shake with ice, strain into cocktail glass, garnish with pineapple
MERMAID
30 ml grenadine
60 ml grape juice
30 ml apple juice
10 ml vanilla syrup
10 ml lemon juice
Shake with ice, strain into cocktail glass and garnish with lime slice
LIFEBOAT
60 ml grape juice
60 ml cranberry juice
20 ml sweet and sour mix (1 part lemon juice, 1 part lime juice, 1 part water, 1 part sugar)
Seven-up or Sprite
Shake grape juice, cranberry juice and sweet and sour mix with ice, strain into cocktail glass and top-up with Seven-up
ENGINE ROOM
30 ml grenadine
60 ml orange juice
60 ml pineapple juice
Ice cubes
Cola
Mix grenadine, orange and pineapple juices in bar glass, pour over ice into highball glass, top with cola and stir
PURSERS PUNCH
40 ml lemonade
40 ml grape juice
40 ml cranberry juice
Ice cubes
Soda water
Mix lemonade, grape juice and cranberry juice in bar glass, pour over ice into highball glass, top with soda water and stir
